Rachel Glick, MA, LMHC, (She/Her)

Rachel is a WA State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and received her Master's in Systems Counseling from LIOS Graduate College of Saybrook University. She enjoys working with teens through adults and brings a mindfulness-based approach to counseling and life. She taught yoga and meditation for more than twenty years and has integrated principles from those into her work as a therapist for the past decade. She helps clients with a wide-range of issues from anxiety and depression to life transitions and family conflict. She is training in both DBT and RO-DBT and co-leads a DBT Skills Group. Her work emphasizes the power of mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation in helping clients live the life they believe is worth living.
