Celina Schulenberg, LMHCA (She/Her)
Celina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate at DBT Eastside and a current elementary school counselor with over 12 years of experience supporting children, tweens, and families. She brings a warm, collaborative presence to her work and is passionate about helping clients navigate emotional regulation, executive functioning, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and interpersonal difficulties. Her clinical approach is grounded in systemic, relational, and behavioral frameworks, integrating evidence-based modalities such as RO DBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Drawing from Radically Open DBT (RO DBT), she supports clients who struggle with overcontrol—such as social isolation, rigidity, and difficulty expressing emotion—in cultivating openness, flexibility, and more authentic, connected relationships across all areas of life. Celina works with clients of all ages and is especially experienced in supporting tweens and adolescents. She brings this expertise to DBT Eastside, where she teaches RO DBT skills to both teens and adults in a validating, supportive environment.
Celina offers a hybrid of in person and telehealth sessions.
