Benefits of Contracting with Us

DBT Eastside provides all intake services for incoming clients and will refer new clients to the therapist as appropriate.

  • DBT Eastside will market therapists on our website, including hyperlinks to private practice information.

  • Therapists are provided HIPAA compliant Zoom access for telehealth.

  • Therapists are provided Simple Practice account for record-keeping and billing of clients referred by DBT Eastside.

  • Membership in DBT Eastside’s Consult group.

  • Option to rent office space in our suite, based upon availability.

  • Have access to training for continuing education

  • Legal counseling as needed in support of clients referred by DBT Eastside.

  • Have access to expert-led DBT or RO-DBT Supervision for an additional fee.

  • Opportunities for additional income by facilitating Group Sessions.

Qualifications

Candidates must have prior experience providing direct client care.

  • Candidates must have completed intensive training in DBT or RO-DBT and/or have at least 2 years of experience working with complex, multi-problem clients in one of those modalities.

  • Candidates must have a masters-level degree or above in psychology or social work and be fully licensed.

  • Besides working 1:1 with clients, candidates must show willingness to teach skills groups/classes, phone coach clients as needed and attend a weekly Consult Team meeting.

  • Candidates must be willing to own/run their own private practice business and to not be paneled with insurance companies for the duration of their time working with DBT Eastside.

  • Candidates with experience supporting marginalized clients are a plus.

Compensation

Contract with DBT Eastside is based on the number of client session hours per week, so exact compensation will vary.
