Daniela works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, grief and loss, suicidality, crisis, and life's many transitions. She incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, and play-based approaches when developmentally appropriate to support clients in building meaningful and lasting change.

Daniela believes therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and grounded in genuine human connection. She strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore both the challenges they face and the strengths they carry. Healing isn't about eliminating difficult emotions or experiences. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, making sense of your experiences, embracing the fullness of your story, and navigating life's challenges with greater compassion and authenticity—while recognizing that joy and grief, strength and vulnerability, and pain and possibility can all be held together.

Daniela offers a hybrid of telehealth and in person sessions.
