Mary Cadera, LMHCA (She/Her)

Mary is an LMHCA who works with both teens and adults to build more connected, authentic lives. Her approach is grounded in mutual respect, honest conversation, and a shared effort to explore what’s working—and what isn’t. She is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and facilitates DBT skills groups as part of her clinical work. Mary also draws on mindfulness, values-based strategies, and relational tools informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

With a calm presence and a gently challenging style, Mary collaborates with clients to notice unhelpful patterns, experiment with new behaviors, and take steps toward meaningful change. She has a professional background in leadership and coaching and is especially attuned to individuals who appear high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface.

Mary offers a hybrid of in person and telehealth sessions.
