Rachael Harper, MA, LMHC (She/Her)
Rachael is a DBT-trained therapist who works primarily with adults seeking greater safety, stability, and practical skills for navigating intense emotions and life transitions. She is passionate about creating spaces that feel validating, supportive, and grounded—where people can learn skills while also feeling genuinely seen and understood.
At the heart of her work is a belief in mindfulness, “wise mind,” and the healing power of belonging. Rachael identifies as a “pack animal” and values connection and community as essential parts of growth and change. She has a particular interest in supporting adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent identities, and continues to pursue advanced training in this area.
Rachael is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Level 3 trained in RO-DBT, and has completed Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) training in ERP for OCD. She is proud to be part of the DBT Eastside team—along with her dog, Frida.
Rachael offers telehealth sessions.
